[How to pickup]

If you have a specific delivery date or time slot, please contact us first to check if delivery is available for that time.
After placing the order (excluding the order date), the product will be ready in approximately 3-5 working days, excluding holidays.

In-House Pickup at Neihu Studio

You can pick up your order at the our studio in Neihu by making a prior appointment.

Delivery Service

Available in Taipei City and New Taipei City, delivery fees are based on distance.
Each order can only be delivered to one address.

Home Delivery

Available for areas outside the Taipei and New Taipei City areas, using Yamato Logistics for delivery.
No delivery service is available on Sundays.

If you request a specific delivery time, we will do our best to meet it. However, the actual delivery time will depend on the logistics personnel’s assessment based on current traffic conditions and communication with the recipient.
During peak periods such as New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Mid-Autumn Festival, it is recommended to send the flowers earlier to ensure timely receipt.
There is a dimension limits for Yamato Logistics. If the total dimensions (length, width, height) of the flowers exceed 120 cm for fresh flowers or 150 cm for preserved flowers/orchids/plants, we will adjust the size of the product with the same aesthetics and value, which may differ from the original size on the website.
Please make sure the recipient's address and phone number are valid to avoid issues with delivery or contact. If the delivery fails, it will be considered a completed order. If a re-delivery is needed, additional shipping charges will apply.
If the order is requested to be delivered anonymously, the consumer should be aware that there is a risk that the recipient may refuse the package.
If any damage occurs upon receiving the flowers, please take photos or videos and contact our official Line @gbflower as soon as possible on the same day. Our team will assist with the issue promptly.
