Bridal bouquet is recommended to be ordered one week in advance. If the order time and delivery time are less than one week apart, please contact our official Line @gbflower in advance to confirm the schedule.
All flowers are natural products, and due to their unique shapes and conditions, the final product may vary from the photo depending on the actual flowers available.
Flowers are seasonal products, and if there is a shortage on the market or the quality is not ideal, we will replace them with similar materials without further notice.

[How to pickup]

If you have a specific delivery date or time slot, please contact us first to check if delivery is available for that time.
After placing the order (excluding the order date), the product will be ready in approximately 3-5 working days, excluding holidays.
Each order can only be delivered to one address.

In-House Pickup at Neihu Studio

You can pick up your order at the our studio in Neihu by making a prior appointment.

Delivery Service in City

Available in Taipei City and New Taipei City, delivery fees are based on distance.
Products can only be delivered to one address per order, with dedicated delivery and the option to specify a delivery date.
Delivery is available between 11:00am -18:00pm.

Long Distance Delivery

Available for areas outside the Taipei and New Taipei City areas, using Yamato Transportation for delivery.
No delivery service is available on Sundays.

[Add-on-Boutonniere]

For every bouquet ordered, you can add a boutonniere at a discounted price of $400 (original price $450).
If you are purchasing more than one boutonniere, please specify the purpose of each boutonniere in the order notes (e.g., groom, parents, best man, etc.).
If you purchase one boutonniere and do not provide a note, it will be made as a groom’s boutonniere, matching the bouquet’s color scheme and similar materials.
The groom’s and best man’s boutonnieres will be made with color scheme that match the bridal bouquet, but will feature different main flowers. Boutonnieres for the parents will be created with warm colors palettes (ie. red, pink, orange) for main flower.

[Notes]

If there is a specified delivery time, we will do our best to meet it. However, the actual delivery time will depend on the logistics personnel’s assessment based on current traffic conditions and communication with the recipient.
During peak periods such as New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Mid-Autumn Festival, it is recommended to send the flowers earlier to prevent a possible delay.
There is a dimension limits for Yamato Transportation. If the total dimensions (length, width, height) of the flowers exceed 120 cm for fresh flowers or 150 cm for preserved flowers/orchids/plants, we will adjust the size of the product with the same aesthetics and value, which may differ from the original size on the website.
Please make sure the recipient's address and phone number are valid to avoid issues with delivery or contact. If the delivery fails due to an invalid number or wrong address, it will be considered a completed order. If a re-delivery is needed, additional shipping charges will apply.
If the order is requested to be delivered anonymously, the consumer should be aware that there is a risk that the recipient may refuse the package.
If any damage occurs upon receiving the flowers, please take photos or videos and contact our official Line @gbflower as soon as possible on the same day. Our team will assist with the issue promptly.
